Located in the Fallbrook Towncenter, Toast is a fantastic coffee and sandwich shop (with UNL Dairy ice cream) with a little bit of everything for you and yours. Friends are always welcome. Come learn, eat and be happy.

Children’s Christmas program
December 20 The children will perform their Christmas program at the 9:30 am worship service Sunday, December 20th. The children will be practicing songs and speaking parts in Sunday School during the next few weeks and there will be a dress rehearsal on Saturday morning, 10 am in the church office. We hope everyone can participate!
Kids, act out the Christmas story with live animals
We’re going to dress up in our Bible costumes and travel out to some farms to take pictures as we act out the nativity. Come see, hear, and smell what it might have been like in a stable! Everyone is welcome and we need parents to drive! We will meet at the church office on Sunday, November 29, at 1:30 pm to put on costumes and then travel to Boarding House Farms near Ceresco to take pictures. On Sunday afternoon December 6, we will meet at the church office at 2 pm to put on costumes and then travel out to Donkey Hill Farm near Malcolm. Let Laurel or Pastor Mike know if you are planning to attend. You are welcome to come on one or both Sundays, but don’t worry if you can’t make it — all the children will be in the Christmas program on December 20!
Thanksgiving Food Baskets
St. Mark’s Northwest United Methodist Church will be providing 30 food baskets to families in Northwest Lincoln this holiday season and we need your help!
To help make a basket: We are collecting food at the church office for a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Please email Pastor Mike or call him at 499-9050 to see what is still needed. Non-perishable items can be given at any time. Perishable items need to wait until delivery time. We are sorting and delivering the baskets on Sunday, November 22 at 3pm. This can be a fun family project!
Pledge Drive
As 2010 approaches, we will be assessing the budgetary needs of Northwest for mission and ministry in the new year. We do not make our budget and then go after pledges, but rather we see what the pledges are before we make our budget! To help us anticipate the gifts and tithes for next year, all members are encouraged to fill out a pledge card for next year. These cards will be held in confidence and privacy. You may drop off your pledge card at church anytime in November
